Having teenage moms and babies at Made in the Streets has turned into a wonderful decision. The street guys who come to live at Kamulu get an opportunity to practice gentleness and care, and they are great with the little ones. Two weeks ago Darlene Coulston invited all the single moms and kids -- and all our Team members who had kids -- to a birthday party for them all. They had fun playing in the yard (we have the only grass yard around here!!), eating cake and playing games. The Moms had as much fun as the kids.
Thanks for everyone who gives to Made in the Streets so that these events are possible - and especially so that young and vulnerable moms can get off the streets and have opportunity for training.
